Information we use
The form collects your name, email address, organisation if provided, optional phone number, subject and message. This information helps us understand your needs and respond.
Transmission and recipients
Enquiries are sent to Eyad Sobh at [email protected] to manage AFC correspondence. Cloudflare hosts the website and protects the form; Resend sends email notifications. These providers may process data in countries other than your own.
Abuse prevention
Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions. An identifier derived from your IP address, which is not stored in plain text in the form database, limits repeated attempts. Counters expire after one hour and are removed on subsequent requests. Technical delivery identifiers and statuses may be retained for up to seven days to detect failures, without message contents. Message contents are not stored in this database or application logs.
Retention and follow-up
Received correspondence is retained in the email inbox to handle and follow up on your enquiry. To ask about the retention period for your exchange, correct information or request deletion, contact [email protected].
Analytics and your browser
The site does not use advertising trackers or personalised audience analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate traffic and performance measurements without tracking cookies. Fonts and images are hosted with the site. The form does not save its content in browser local storage. Security services may use technical information needed for their operation.
